Making cassava cake for the first time? Worry no more! I got the simplest recipe for you. I'm craving for this delicious Filipino delicacy from time to time, So, I tried many recipes but this one really fit my taste-bud. I minimize the ingredients down to 5 and still have the tasty quality of traditional cassava cake,  just like HOME!

5 Ingredients ONLY!

1 pack frozen grated cassava (thawed)
1/2 cup sugar
1 can coconut milk
1 can condensed milk
2 eggs

That's it!!! and your half way enjoying this scrumptious dessert.

1)Just mix all five ingredients in large bowl.
2.) Pour the mixtures into greased baking dish. I used 13x9 inches.
3) Bake it for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
4) Broil it for 1-2 minutes, depending how brown you want it to be. :)

This cassava cake is a HIT!. This is a perfect potluck party dish, very easy to make and I'll promise you; It's perfect every time. I love making this kind of dessert, Its very simple and scrumptious, I can't get enough of this!
It makes me happy knowing that, I can put smile on someone faces while they're eating it; that's smile remind them of PINAS..just like what I felt. Cheerrrs!

  1. I love this "puto". I love the sweetness of the toppings. yung medyo sunog ng konti.

    1. Thank you! For some reason can't read amything on the post. Ill do repost of this recipe soon.:)

  2. I like cassava cake especially the toppings. Minsan lang it turns mapait no. Nakakamissed kumain ng mga ganito. Here kasi konti na lang nagtitinda nyan, unlike before mga kakanin talaga merienda.

    1. Avoid burning the top kasi talagang mapait if it burns on top. Aside from that it taste good. Thanks:)
