Its a time of year where giving is so much fun, being a secret Santa Claus and making memories of lifetime by spending Christmas with family. I enjoyed every moment of it from shopping, gift wrapping and the most FUN part when my kids woke up screaming " Mommy, Daddy!! Santa came!! Santa came!! My kids enjoyed unwrapping their gifts, exploring and talking about how much they loved it. It's the most precious moment as a parent.
After the kids opened their Christmas gift we proceed to our Traditional Christmas breakfast which is Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls- I just simply love how easy it is to make and the house smells divine!
and who can resist a delicious cup of Celestial Tea "Candy Lane flavor" I can't! a perfect time to take a sip of Celestial Tea that I received with my "Frosty Voxbox" courtesy from Influenster

I made round cinnamon bun and I also make some twisted cinnamon bread. Both are equally delicious especially if paired with Celestial Tea- peppermint flavor! Yum- At first I don't think both will work but actually the minty flavor from the tea will compliment the sweetness of the cinnamon rolls.
I've tried different flavor of teas but haven't tried the Candy Cane flavor and I was surprised how good it taste. So fresh, minty and I just feel the holiday. Yumm-O!

If you love Candy Cane and love that peppermint flavored tea, then this is perfect for you. I love how cool and fresh that peppermint flavor and it taste great! I love it paired with cinnamon rolls and can drink this tea every day. I'm glad that I'm able to test this Celestial Seasoning Tea for free. Its really good. I hope you enjoy your Christmas celebrations as much as I do. Keep those sweet moments and always remember that being with family this holiday season is always amazing!!:)

Weight Watchers Cooking Along with Ana and Laura Grand Prize Win

 Welcome to another exciting and fun blog post about great recipes and dinner ideas. Exciting because the recipe that I'll be sharing with you today was the recipe that help me win the Grand Prize challenge contest at Crowdtap couple weeks ago. The Challenge was to create a 3 course meal inspired by Weight Watchers Cooking along with Ana and Laura. It was my first time joining in a cooking contest/challenge which really excite me in the first place. So, I made my version of delicious, fall, healthy meal recipe inspired by Cooking along with Ana and Laura the whole cooking experience was so awesome! I really enjoyed following the cooking instructions and double up the fun when my kids decide to helped. In less than 45 minutes I was able to create a delicious meal that my family enjoyed and loved! The Chocolate- Espresso Mouse is simply delicious-:)

My culinary creation includes:   

Pasta with Butternut Squash and Sage,  Spinach Salad with Pears and Raspberries,

Chocolate-Espresso Mousse

You can check the recipe of all three dishes HERE, But the Chocolate- Espresso Mouse recipe will be shared below. I think its going to be my favorite dessert from now on. (hahah I love chocolate! Do you?)

Ingredients:

2 tsp instant espresso
1 Tbsp hot water
1 package fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding and pie filling mix (1.4oz)
1 1/2 cups fat free skim milk
1 1/2 cups fat free whipped topping, divided
16 chocolate wafers, lightly broken- (I used Oreo cookies on mine)

Directions:

• In a small bowl, combine espresso and water until dissolved; let cool to room temperature.
• In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and skim milk until well-combined; whisk in espresso mixture and then fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping.  
• Line up 4 glasses/ bowls and spoon spoonful pudding in each one; top each with teaspoons cookie pieces, spoonful pudding and 1 more teaspoon cookie pieces.
• Garnish each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping before serving.

Note: Its super easy to make and its delicious! Have fun and be creative on presentation! I used Oreo cookies on mine but feel free to used chocolate wafers or your favorite chocolate cookie will do.:)

Couple days later - I got an email stating that I won the grand prize (check out the photo above). I'm super duper happy! It's my first time winning a contest like this, so the whole experience is unbelievable. ( I wish you can imagine me jumping round and round! hahahaa)

After I submitted my shipping information. I waited for like 8-10 days and Whola! I got my prize delivered in my front door sent through FedEx.The prize was packed nicely which is very impressive. I opened it carefully and slowly... and there it is.. the Swag Bag-  inside the bag is the Bite Into Life spoon and $50.00 amazon gift card. I'm really happy with the prize!

The Swag Bag is actually really cute! I really love the design, the materials and the color. It just so perfect! I actually used the Swag Bag the other day and I loved it! The BiteIntoLife spoon definitely put into used this holiday season and the Amazon gift card it will definitely come in handy this coming Christmas. I haven't decided on what to buy yet (hehehe)

After I replied to all your comments this morning and going through my previous post. I accidentally deleted my blogpost about (Undergo a Little Change on Both blogs) I know! Campbell's Skillet Sauce: Creamy Parmesan Chicken over Egg-noodle with Spinach
I know the title of this recipe is kinda long-:) I just can't think of anything that will put them all together. Here we go!

Ingredients:
Campbell's Skillet Sauce- Creamy Parmesan Chicken
Eggnoodles
Spinach (Optional)
Chicken- cut into pieces

Directions:
* Cooke the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside;
- In large skillet, brown the cut chicken. Once the Chicken is cooked, add the Campbell's Skillet Sauce. Let it simmer for couple minutes. Add the spinach and turn off the heat.
- At this point you either add the cooked egg-noodles to the creamy chicken or you can put the creamy chicken with spinach over the noodles. Either way they are equally delicious.
- I mix creamy chicken with egg noodles and served with Italian bread on the side! Adding spinach is totally optional. I prefer adding vegetable to the dish but its all up to you.:)

Campbell's Prego Sauce: Pasta with Light Homestyle Alfredo and Sausage
This is the recipe I come up with using Prego Homestyle Alfredo Sauce: Totally homemade and I add my personal twist on the dish by adding sausage. Yum!

Ingredients:
Spaghetti noodles
Prego Light Homestyle Alfredo
Sausage (Optional)

Directions: 
* Cooked the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions. Drain and Set aside;
- Cooked the sausage on the skillet until golden brown. Add the Prego Light Homestyle Alfredo Sauce. Let it simmer, then add the spaghetti noodles. Mix it together until everything is combine.  Served HOT along with garlic bread.
- The sausage is totally optional. Just be creative with your Prego Sauce and I'm sure its delicious and always impress everyone's taste.

Campbell's NEW! V8 Spicy Mango Drink: V8 Spicy Mango and Pineapple Drink
After creating few delicious dish using Campbell's Tasters. I think we need a refreshing drink right?
Here we go!

Ingredients:
Shaker
V8 Spicy Mango
Pineapple Juice
ICE cubes

Directions
* I pour 1/2 cup V8 Spicy Mango and 1/2 Pineapple juice in the Shaker. Add some ice cubes and shake it to perfections. That's it!
- You can totally make it fancy by dipping the tip of your glass with salt then add your V8 juice mix. Adjust the serving size and taste according to your preference.
It is delicious! I like mine  with more pineaaple juice--- and my friends love the NEW V8 Spicy Mango! CHEERS!
