As I promise to you guys! Super Easy Seafood Recipe courtesy from my friend Rose. Here we go!

Mixed Seafood in Coconut Milk

* You can add crab and clams for ultimate seafood experience. Adjust the ingredients and taste according to your preference.

 Ingredients:

Tuna fillet

Shrimp

Mussels

Coconut Milk

Green Beans

Salt & Pepper

 Spinach 

Ginger Sliced

Lemon Grass

Tomatoes

Garlic

Onions

Cooking Oil

Directions:
1.) In a large pan, saute onion, garlic, ginger. Add the mussels, tuna fillet and shrimp.
2.) Add the green beans, salt and pepper to taste. Then, pour the coconut milk. Let it simmer until cooked.
3.) Add the spinach and let it stand for 5 minutes. Serve hot with white rice or bread. Enjoy!

I personally love breakfast for dinner recipe idea it just makes everything delicious all in one plate. Don't you agree? especially when you use Orelda frozen potatoes. I love using Orelda Potatoes it just make everything so much easier and delicious. Yum! As you remembered my last blog post  JingleVoxBox it was posted from my other blog:) I received a lot of awesome goodies to try out for free. I finally redeemed my free coupon and inspired to make this delicious breakfast for dinner recipe with #OreldaTotchos.  I'm excited but before we start cooking-- :)

Note: Feel free to adjust the taste according to your preference. Add your favorite vegetables, cheese and toppings. Enjoy!:)

My Ultimate Breakfast experience with #OreldaTotchos

Ingredients: 

1/2 bag of Orelda Mini Tater Tots Potatoes (frozen)

6 eggs

sliced ham

butter

shredded cheese (of your choice)  

Dice green onion (garnish)

Sausage Gravy (optional) 

Salt and Pepper- to taste

Directions: 

1.) Baked Orelda Mini Tater Tots according to the package instructions. Super easy!:)
2.) While the tater tots are cooking, prepare all the ingredients that you need for scramble eggs.
3.) Put butter into the large. Add beaten eggs cooked until its just perfect. Add the cooked tater tots, diced ham. Salt and Pepper to taste. Let it set for about 1-3 minutes
4.) Serve it hot. Top with shredded cheese and  garnish with green onion.
5.) The gravy on top is optional but it added so much flavor. I personally LOVE sausage gravy on top. Yum! Enjoy :)

 Oh yes! I can totally eat a whole plate of this delicious Orelda Tater Tots with eggs, ham, cheese, and sausage gravy on top. All my favorite breakfast ingredients in one plate! Couldn't asked for more. I hope this recipe makes you hungry enough to make this at home. Trust me- this recipe rocks! Celestial Seasonings Tea Review

Happy Holidays to all!
Its a time of year where giving is so much fun, being a secret Santa Claus and making memories of lifetime by spending Christmas with family. I enjoyed every moment of it from shopping, gift wrapping and the most FUN part when my kids woke up screaming " Mommy, Daddy!! Santa came!! Santa came!! My kids enjoyed unwrapping their gifts, exploring and talking about how much they loved it. It's the most precious moment as a parent.
After the kids opened their Christmas gift we proceed to our Traditional Christmas breakfast which is Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls- I just simply love how easy it is to make and the house smells divine!
and who can resist a delicious cup of Celestial Tea "Candy Lane flavor" I can't! a perfect time to take a sip of Celestial Tea that I received with my "Frosty Voxbox" courtesy from Influenster

I made round cinnamon bun and I also make some twisted cinnamon bread. Both are equally delicious especially if paired with Celestial Tea- peppermint flavor! Yum- At first I don't think both will work but actually the minty flavor from the tea will compliment the sweetness of the cinnamon rolls.
I've tried different flavor of teas but haven't tried the Candy Cane flavor and I was surprised how good it taste. So fresh, minty and I just feel the holiday. Yumm-O!

If you love Candy Cane and love that peppermint flavored tea, then this is perfect for you. I love how cool and fresh that peppermint flavor and it taste great! I love it paired with cinnamon rolls and can drink this tea every day. I'm glad that I'm able to test this Celestial Seasoning Tea for free. Its really good. I hope you enjoy your Christmas celebrations as much as I do. Keep those sweet moments and always remember that being with family this holiday season is always amazing!!:)
