As I promise to you guys! Super Easy Seafood Recipe courtesy from my friend Rose. Here we go!
Mixed Seafood in Coconut Milk
* You can add crab and clams for ultimate seafood experience. Adjust the ingredients and taste according to your preference.
Ingredients:
Tuna fillet
Shrimp
Mussels
Coconut Milk
Green Beans
Salt & Pepper
Spinach
Ginger Sliced
Lemon Grass
Tomatoes
Garlic
Onions
Cooking Oil
Directions:
1.) In a large pan, saute onion, garlic, ginger. Add the mussels, tuna fillet and shrimp.
2.) Add the green beans, salt and pepper to taste. Then, pour the coconut milk. Let it simmer until cooked.
3.) Add the spinach and let it stand for 5 minutes. Serve hot with white rice or bread. Enjoy!
