Fried Plantain Recipe



Hello Everyone!

Today we are going to make this very simple Fried Plantain recipe! Simple, yet satisfying and delicious snack for the whole family. As you all know me- I love easy and delicious food. So, this Fried Plantain is definitely on my list. Can we all agree that this recipe is scrumptious?

Anyway- this recipe is very affordable, accessible, and delicious! and to all plantain lovers out-there! including myself- this recipe is so classic and simple. I get so excited as I'm writing this blog right now. No other words to express my love for food and cooking- (hahaha) i'm just a big foodie fanatic!

Fried Plantain Recipe

Ingredients:

2 very ripe plantain ( peel and sliced )
2 Teaspoon granulated sugar
3 Tablespoon unsalted butter

Directions:

1.) Peel and Sliced the plantain as picture above. Sprinkle the granulated sugar all over the sliced plantains.
2.) Over medium heat- melt the butter onto medium size pan. Add the plantain, let it caramelized and cook for about 5-8 minutes.
3.) Once it turn brown, little crispy and plantain is cook. Transfer the fried plantain onto serving dish. Serve and share with your love ones, Enjoy!


This dish is perfect for snack and also for side dish. The sweetest of the plantain is just perfect balance for any dish. I personally love this dish! It taste so good, very affordable, and super easy to make.
You can totally make this dish into gourmet appetizer, snack, and even as side dish. This fried plantain is actually good paired with fried chicken. Yum!
