Fried Bangus Recipe

( My version of Fried Milkfish Recipe )


Hello Everyone!

I woke up this morning feeling happy and energized! I have fresh brew coffee on hand, kids are eating their breakfast, and I'm preparing one of my favorite breakfast food. O, Yes! Fried Bangus, boiled eggs, fresh tomatoes, over steamy plate of rice sound amazing. Isn't it? This ultimate breakfast experience is absolutely delicious and I simply can't wait to share with you my own version of Fried Bangus. This Fried Bangus recipe is perfect for any occasions and surely impresses everyone. It's cripsy, flavorful, and just perfect. Are you ready for delicious morning experience. Let's get cooking! Shall we?

Notes:
I used  Sarangani Baby Milkfish Marinated Bangus on this recipe ( which is available on many Asian supermarkets)
- Adjust the quantity according to your needs.
- Pair the Fried Bangus with your favorite sawsawan.

Fried Bangus Recipe

Ingredients:
Marinated Baby Milkfish 
Cooking Oil
Pan
Optional:
Sliced Tomatoes
Boiled Eggs
Sawsawan


Cooking Directions: 

1.) In large pan, heat the cooking oil in medium heat. Fry the Milkfish for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. I prefer my Bangus little crispy (wink)
Note: Be careful of oil splatter when placing the milkfish onto hot oil. 
2.) Place the Fried Bangus in paper towel to drained excess oil.
3.) Serve with boiled eggs, fresh tomato, sawsawan and steamy place of rice. Yum!



What make this Fried Bangus recipe extra amazing? It doesn't take time to make. Perfect for morning rush and its incredibly delicious. If you love fish especially milkfish this recipe is right for you. I can't explain how I LOVE Fried Bangus-  this is something that reminds me back home, something that I really enjoy eating. It is a part of me (hahaha)

Honey Mini Corn Dog Muffins


 Hi Everyone! I'm excited!! Weekend here we COME! wohoo! Nothing special going on this weekend but I'm hoping for a nice weather for my kids trip to a playground nearby. What about you? Do you have any plan this weekends? Any recipe ideas you want to try? What about this Honey Mini Corn Dog Muffins? Sounds good right? So, This week, I'm sharing my super easy mini corn dog muffins recipe. YUM! I personally love this recipe. It's a combination of my two favorite ingredients Corn Bread + Hotdogs= Mini Corn Dog Muffins. My family is a big fan of corn dogs and who doesn't? hehehee.. They are just so good.. those perfect little bites of goodness. ( delicious )
I'm pretty sure your kids will going to love this honey mini corn dog muffins. My kids LOVE them and always ask when we are going to have corn dog muffin again ( hahah)...and if your looking for a super easy appetizer for any parties or get together, this recipe is perfect for you. Before I forgot, the corn muffin mix is store bought, So, you don't have to worry about mixing and measuring for corn muffin mix. It is perfect every time, promise!. Just simple follow the direction on the back of the package, add HONEY and.. Viola! DONE! Just bake it 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. The excitement of my kiddies face watching the oven is priceless. A moment to be treasure for the rest of my life.
Join me in my kitchen as we make the perfect Honey Mini Corn Dog Muffins.


Ingredients:
1 pack Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon honey
4 pieces hot dogs- cut into 1- 1 1/2 inches
non-stick spray
mini muffin tin

Directions:
Preheat oven into 350 degrees
1.) Cut the hotdogs into 1 to 1 1/2 inches about 24 pieces. Set aside.
2.) In large bowl combine one pack of Jiffy corn muffin mix. Add one egg, milk and honey. Stir until everything is combine.
3.) Spray the mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Add a spoonful of a mixture or until halfway through the tin. Put the cut hotdogs into the middle of the mixture.
4.) Bake on 350 preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
5.) Done! Used toothpick to take out the corn dog muffin. Let it cool:)
6.) Best served hot or cold. I like mine to have little ketchup on top YUM!.:)

Notes: 
-One package of Corn Muffin mix is only good for 24 mini muffin. Double the ingredients for larger crowd.
-  Used your favorite hotdogs brand, and the sauces are optional you can used ketchup or honey mustard
- Oven varies, so you are welcome to adjust the baking time if you need too.:)
- Add more honey if you want it little sweeter or adjust the ingredients according to your taste preference.
