Set aside;
2) In the Pan,heat and stir the milk,sugar, butter and salt,just until warm and butter almost melts.
3) Add to the dry ingredient, along with the eggs, mix it well.
4) Knead the dough in clean surface. Put it bowl and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
At this point you gonna slice the dough in long strip and roll using the rolling pin, then roll it like cigar. Shown picture on top. Let it rise for 1-2 hours. Just follow the direction on the top.
I should edit this post and post how I make the dough.. Hope it helps! and enjoy ur ensaymada in the future, hope turn out great.Melgie Campbellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16230991191429703120noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7997174568837272004.post-1377906820213079352012-12-09T13:26:53.244-08:002012-12-09T13:26:53.244-08:00post the recipe pls:-)post the recipe pls:-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7997174568837272004.post-58874846924610592312012-12-08T21:57:03.685-08:002012-12-08T21:57:03.685-08:00I will, I'm in the process of learning, let...I will, I'm in the process of learning, let's try monggo next time...:) keep you posted!Melgie Campbellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16230991191429703120noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7997174568837272004.post-58258208882375711232012-12-08T20:04:21.389-08:002012-12-08T20:04:21.389-08:00Kani melge ky yummy pod ni.pls add different flavo...Kani melge ky yummy pod ni.pls add different flavor..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
